Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation: All event bookings require an advance payment to secure the date. Without this advance, we cannot guarantee availability for your event.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the event to avoid service interruptions.

Menu Finalization: Clients must finalize their menu selections at least 7 days prior to the event to allow proper preparation and procurement of ingredients.

Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 5 days of the scheduled event date will not be eligible for a refund. Earlier cancellations may receive a partial refund based on our policy.

Pricing Policy: Prices are subject to change based on guest count, customized menu options, and additional services requested after the initial booking.

Food Allergies: Clients are responsible for informing Aadhya Caterers about any specific food allergies or dietary restrictions well in advance of the event.

Service Limitations: While we strive for punctuality and excellence, Aadhya Caterers cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.

Intellectual Property: All content, images, and materials displayed on our website or promotional materials are the exclusive property of Aadhya Caterers and cannot be used without written permission.
